It appears to be missing it's "SE-R" badging on the rear deck lid. Nice find, though. I'd keep it as "American" as you can.

It should have this on there:

What do you guys would do to this? considering it´s quite possibly the only one in the country?

Wow! Great price!

What to do? Keep the outside bonestock, and do whatever the hell you want with the engine! Most parts from an EDM NX or N14 are interchangable, the same goes for most performance parts (strutbars, anti-roll bars etc).

I'd find some nice Almera GTI rims (or known as the B14 SE-R rims in the US), put a front and rear strutbar, and rear anti-roll bar (Whiteline or Progress!) in it, some nice springs (not too stiff as it would be overkill with the bars) and struts and call it a day.

Oh, and install NX/N14 GTI brakes.

If you want more power, either swap in a VE or upgrade the DE (either by swapping in an EDM one and work from there, or modify the current block). I'd keep it N/A so I wouldn't have to worry about things breaking as much.

I have the turbo n14 gti, it´been absolutly reliable, think of keeping this n/a...

I can get a primera GT 150bhp 10:1 comp, red valve cover(with the agressive cams), on the cheap too... we don´t have VE´s, anywhere, there´s one for sale in ebay Germany, but it´s far far away, but would love that path...

Think of adding some breather mods, nice suspension, wheels, SE-r decal, maybe some twincam 16valve on the rear quarters like the swift gti, and change the awafull steering wheel to a gti/gti-r one... everything can be reversable...

That's an awesome deal even here in the states! Awesome find! If you can get them,a nice set of Tsuru headlights/tail lights would update the car (I loved them on my old SE-R). I also had the B14 SE-R wheels (as stated above) on it, and they work quite well on the car for cheap.

Pretty sure the guy, by the talk of it, didn´t know what he was selling, he didn´t even know the the car is pretty similar to the n14, he was maintaining the car using the primera GT as reference in parts shops... filters and the lot...

Guys is it possible to rebuild a VLSD if it´s worn?

As far as I know, no. The VLSD are a sealed unit and once they are weakened, they are done.
