what i found easiest to do with those bushings and motor mount bushings with the metal sleeve is to drill into the bushing multiple times circling the smaller sleeve in the middle, then taking a hack saw and connect it through the bushing and cut from hole to hole (the ones you drilled) until it falls out. then take a large strong flat head screw driver along with a big f@%^in hammer and pound that thin sleeve apart from the control arm sleeve. after its separated enough take a large punch or something similar and start trying to drive that sleeve out. sometimes it works better if you fold two opposite sides in. a sturdy vise is going to be needed if you havent already figured that out lol. idk if a machine shop can press those out, i tried on my own and had no success so thats when i did the hacksaw/hammer trick.

well in removing the the control arms i had a little succes with a dash of fail. got the drivers side off fine. bushing was ok, ball joint is dead and one of the subframe bolts is tight but if you grab it by hand it can be shook and make a tapping noise(kinda like what i was hearing?). on the passanger side couldnt release the ball joint so i hacksawed it off. bushing was shot and before i murdered it so was the ball joint. still gotta get the other half of the ball joint out of the spindle. can that be done with out taking the spindle off the axle? gonna try some crazy ideas. now im waiting on lca bushings to land and i need to pick up 2 ball joints. i will do my tie rods closer to alignment time because they are cracking.
