Thread: Nissan Datascan Issue

I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I'm trying to get my datascan to work and I'm not having any luck. I found the correct port that I need to use, and it connects to the ecu, but when I bring up the display screen for the gauges they do not do anything. I'm sorta at a loss, anyone have any ideas?

Try this: right click on the executable icon. Select properties. Go to the compatibility tab and change the compatibility to windows xp sp*. You can try to run it as administrator as well.

This is similar to an issue I was having with calums old software and logworks.

Also, I forgot to mention, if the consult cable that you have does not support usb 3.0 it will likely cause issues.

I am on the 1.6V as well.

Is your cable plugged into a usb 2.0 or 3.0?

I use mine with a 3.0 usb port all the time and have no issues. I am even using usb to serial adapter. Have you tried to delete and reload the software.
