So is the engine running hot or does it have a high A/F ratio (16:1) ???

With what you have listed in your signature for mods Intake/Header/Exhaust & Cams you should not be having these problems.

This is where things went wrong. You can't trust a dyno's AFR gauge. Never. You were likely not lean at all. Put the damn stock FPR back in.

Did you check them after shutting the engine down mid-dyno pull? Otherwise, I'm dubious as to how reliable that reading is. Spark plugs tend to "report" the latest operating conditions of the engine.

I still think you should put the stock FPR back in and if you are running lean, address the cause of the problem first. It might be a MAF issue, etc.

When that's the thing,i thought i was running lean just due to the cams etc fitted, what else can cause a very lean condition ?

Everything else looks to be in good condition.

Like Ben said, if the maf isnt seeing all the air, it only adds fuel for the air it "sees".

Buy a wideband. Only way to be sure what's going on. It's a great investment.

But i still don't understand why i can't adjust fuel pressure with a AFPR,i thought that was the reason there are for !

Tbh i don't know what to do,at the moment it is a pig to drive sometimes.

Adjusting the fuel pressure to fix your tune os not the way to go that is not what they are designed for.
