Mileage on car?

When it stalls, does it start right up nice and easy or does it take some cranking?

Does it feel like and electrical issue or an engine issue?

What does fuel pressure look like - I had one recently where the fuel hoses inside the tank were failing and caused a similar result.

If it is an IACV you can tell by what duty cycle % it is operating at.

Dont feel like an engine issue engine sounds and feels nice and strong no knocking nothing
when it shuts off it starts right back up no issue what so ever a few seconds later the issue continues right up again
Engine has 191,259 miles
again no codes at all,
and it does not always do it
sometimes i can run the car a day or 2 and shes fine no issues at all
other times issue starts as soon as i start it up
and other times issue starts as soon as vehicle reaches normal operating temperature
it seems random havent notices a pattern or connection yet

i had them gapped at 38 it wasnt working then i gapped them to 30 and no change

the check engine light has not come on and i checked and their are no pending codes or stored ones either

yesterday as i was driving it i noticed something different
my battery light turned on for about 1 or 2 minutes then it turned off
as i was driving home i noticed my lights werent as bright so i hurried home so i wouldent get stranded
sure enough as i was pulling into my drive way my car died
tried to start it again and my battery was dead, aparently my alternator didint charge it

once again i replaced the alternator and battery for NEW ones but issues still remains

and once again after driving it for about an hr. crappy idle and all car died and killed the NEW Battery

wouldent start again

That looks like a a bad ground. Get the DVOM or Power Probe out and start checking resistance. I would start with the battery - chassi - engine ground first.

put that gap up to 44....
This is one of those things that I wish I could see the car in person to properly diagnose.. Make sure your + batt post terminal is good, no cracks... put some pressure up and down on it.. check the voltage coming from the alternator and see if its putting out 14 volts.. If possible, unhook the positive from the alternator to see if its putting anything out at all (make sure it doesnt touch anything though!) Could be a bad ground like mentioned but its just one of those process of elimination things...

Also check the alternator ground to make sure that it isn't messed up... Check the harness for any cracks as well

Sounds like one of the fusible links or square fuses for engine control or one of the other main powers mihjt be blown but making intermittent contact. Pull all the fuses and check for breaks. The square ones require you to look really close sometimes. The fuse will blow but the wiggle room of the pins will alow it to just lean back against the broken section.
