all nighter and a p0455 code 01 sentra
Just finished replacing all struts/shocks, swaybar endlinks, balljoints, tie rods, control arm bushings, cv axles, swaybar bushings, and brakes/pads. F i'm tired.

Alright, so I've also replaced my vent control valve that goes so frequently on these cars, it turned off the vent control valve error code, but i'm still getting major evap leak error code, even after I clear the codes. Any insight as to where to look next? The lines all looked just fine to me when I looked last night.

On a side note: F Nissan for that stupid ass design on the rear strut attaching bolt on the bottom. Those 'retainer' metal surrounding brackets around the nut that strip it and dont allow me to get a box end on it? ENGINEERS NEED TO BE SHOT.

You need to do or have a smoke test done. This will find your EVAP leaks quickly.

The evap issue can be one of the sensors near the gas tank or one of the hoses/connectors there.

This is the proper way to check and not guess.... If you don't have access to one, maybe you can find someone to borrow one from or a parts store that rents it out with a deposit. Other option would be to pay a shop to diagnose it so you aren't guessing and throwing parts at it.
