They will always be my DD pads from now on.

I don't care much if the pads squeal, I'm used to the noisy pads in my dads B13 anyways. I am more concerned with performance lol. Have you ran XP12's before?

I have not, but I imagine the xp10s I use are close to the limit on what my 140 treadwear tires can handle on a track.
But they are way, way, way better than any store pad ive ever used.

I see, I'll probably just pickup a set of XP10's. Funny you mention 140 treadwear tires, I happen to be running a set of 140 treadwear tires as well and I will be tracking them as well. Are you running Federal 595 RS-R's?

You ran them on the track yet? I had them for about +/- 500 miles, I like them A LOT. Went to a canyon a few days after getting the tires on and had a lot of fun, I don't think I've driven close to the limits of the tire yet. I used to break traction fairly easy in 1st in my B14 with my old falken ze-912's, now with the RSR's I cant break them loose at all. Even shifting 1st to 2nd is just a tiny chirp lol.

I ran them once at Carolina Motorsports Park. They grip great when they are new. I had BFG g-force tires before these, and they are definitely better. I noticed with them that I could engine brake more than I would pedal brake with the 1521 pads I had on at the time. Once I put in the XP10s, I was hooked. I wish I would of had more camber on the car for that track... but I still think i was faster than last time on the BFGs.

Ive had them on the car for about year now, and they dont grip like they used to. Them drying out being on the car this long, they seem more like a regular street tire. But thats fine, b/c they probably have 6k+ miles and they still look like plenty of life is left.
