I have a co worker offering me to buy his Enkei RPF1's 15x7 with an offset of 41+. Now if I get these what will the 41 offset do on the hub? Will it look right and will I need a wheel spacer for the rear? I know the magic number is 35.

I have 15x7 RPF1 +35 on my B13, with 195/50 tires, hypercoil/AGX - no clearance issues.
The main clearance concern is at the rear.
I'll have to measure the clearance I have, then you can see what difference +41mm would make. 1010TIRES.COM - Wheel Offset Calculator
Why is that? My A/R Silverstones have a 42+ and with a 5mm H&R spacer on the rear, I have a near perfect sidewall/fenderwell alignment, at least for me.

That's gonna rub. I'm battling a rubbing issue in the rear with 15x6.5 40 offset on a 205/50/15. Don't wanna thread jack but I need some spacer advice. GC/GAB (AGX) suspension. Wanting a spacer that will keep the benefits of the hubcentric rings.
Also I tried to get 35 mm offset 15x7 rims but everything was out of stock and I needed tires asap.

I had set of 16x7 et40 on the egg. Fit fine, but didn't like how they looked. The numbers are close, but no way to be sure until you test fit them. I imagine you shouldn't have any issues.
Now that I understand what and where the offsets will put me I am going to pass on the Enkeis. I am going to run with a lower offset like 25 and work with that.
