How are you addressing the "not going into gear" issue?

It goes into gears. Just not easily while running. I was planning on the new throwout bearing and regreasing input shaft. If that has little to no effect, extend my slave cyl piston 1/4 inch. Unless anyone else has a better idea. Or try the sr20det clutch I have laying around.

Sounds to me like that shifting issue is clutch related - meaning that the clutch is not disengaging all the way. This could be a clutch disc thickness issue or the pivot points on the pressure plate.

No trimming off of the pressure plate.

All work should be done to the trans and also the flywheel. All flywheel work should be done on a lathe.

Fixed. I ended up replacing with an oem TOB, and spec stage 3 clutch.
I spoke to one gentleman in portland with a rs6 in his g20. He had the same issue. He used a different slave cylinder rod that was longer
My solution was to extend the oem one 1/4 inch.
I cut it, spaced it out, and rewelded it.
