1.6 to sr20 swap
I was wondering if anyone could give me a price range and what I need to do to swap my automatic 1.6 to a sr20det 5speed

im doing a 1.6 5spd to 2.0 5spd and its required alot of little special hard to get unless u can find an se-r shit..

your best bet is to find a wrecked or blown se-r for cheap an swap everything..

Yea its hard to find in my area soni just bought the xe for 500 but now I wanna swap it I mean I could find a ser but idk were to begin how to swap a automatic to standard

I'm working one at the moment and it costs around $2500-3000 or junkyard way & $1500-2500.

Sr20de is a bit cheaper. I did a det swap. And my car was automatic.

Get a donor car and go from there.

Trust me, I speak from experience... The worst part is drilling the holes in the firewall for the clutch pedal. Some of the wiring can be a pain but for what you are doing it should be almost plug and play.

I hate it.. after like 10 things in a row are a challenge its no longer fun, and just hurts the wallet
