Power to the coil is supplied from the fuse panel (key on in "start"). What is the actual voltage to the coil when cranking? Wiring/harness issues/broken wires.

Check the harness around the power transistor too. Well known to break apart near the connector. I guess the transistor takes care of the ground side of things. You have replaced that I think. Mostly called the ignitor chip.

I would also definatly try a good known ECM and ECM relay (which is located right next to it)

Run wire/wires to power/ecu to bypass possable broken wires

Does the car instantly die? Or does it cough and splutter then die?

I had a problem where it would instantly shut off and then randomly turn on when it wanted to, turned out to be the ECU's ignition track overheating and it eventually just died making the car unable to start.

Try and test it with another ECU if you can, doesn't need the jumper for the nismotronic you just want to see if it starts. If it starts there's your problem

Ok please check for the signal wire going to the coil not the power wire. Also u can check the signal wire from the dizzy icm

i see everything but the simplest and free things to do.
check the grounds. honestly, on these cars, they are crap 100%. I would recommend they be changed to something a little larger and i added one straight looper from the back intake manifold to the stock block ring, back to battery.

if you have a continuity tester i can assume you have an OHM meter as well, start running through grounds and if the resistance is greater than ~0 on a straight battery or chassis ground i can assure you its poor contact.

use Napa's "Liquid Copper Anti-Seize" on all the threads of all grounding harware, gives you much better contact surface area.

This is free and easy as long as you have a good tester, it might save you money instead of throwing parts at it non-stop and losing money and time.

Also check to make sure your ignition tumbler does have completely worn out contacts,

i know you said you checked the fusable links under the hood but i had this issue with a b12 sentra.....turned out one of the fusable links was almost broken on the inside.....would work totally fine and then just die....sometimes a jump would work sometimes i just had to let it sit for a while.....once i found it and replaced it no more issue.....even replaced the alt and battery before i found it
