Thread: Injector questions , need help ...pics inside !

Hey guys got some questions about the injectors in the pics below.
Question 1- in the first pic the bottom of the injector looks cracked , is it ok to run it like this or will it absolutely need replaced ?
Question 2- in the third and fourth pic the bottom of the injector rubber seal is bulging out , is it ok to run these two like this ? If not could you give me the part # of the rubber seal/o ring that's needed and where can I pick em up at ?

You should replace both the pintle cap and the O-rings.
Pintle caps are a little harder to find locally, but the you can buy an O-ring kit from O'reillys or local auto parts store.

Gotcha I'll have to find where to buy those caps , that link is broken in that thread. As far as the O rings do you think I need to change those right away or could I run them until I get a chance in a few weeks in your opinion ? Thanks btw

Maybe ask Lynch if he has any left from the large pack he bought.? I mean you only need four.
