Just stop... stop right now...send your stuff off to someone who can read a micrometer properly to .000x and have them finish up the assembly for you. Pay them the $200-300 or so for assembling the bottom end and save yourself headache and wallet hurt. Reading what you are typing is hurting my head. Seriously, main bearing size is a HUGE issue, if they are not sized correctly or are too loose, your rods will not get enough oil and you'll screw stuff up, plain and simple. If you can't move your crank with your pinky, it's too tight. I'm not trolling, just seriously irritated at some of the things ppl are saying.
