Greg @ G-Spec comes thru again with the new VE HG!!!! (the original went bye bye a few weeks ago). This is the new gasket:

I also got new OEM Nissan head studs for $4.42 each.
Everything should be back together in about a week. Since this is the metal VE gasket the machine shop resurfaced and port & polished the head. Will be going back to the same dyno the car made 206whp probably in May or something, after break in time/enough mileage and another oil change to get rid of any shavings. I'd be thrilled if it made 5-10 more whp.
Just in time for SCCA Solo events for the spring/summer. When something goes wrong with cars, you always have a chance to turn it around and make something better out of it. If you can afford it of course.
