Upper radiator hose adapter

Who sells an adapter for the upper radiator hose? The CSF I got of course did not come with an adapter so the OE hose is too large for the radiator outlet. What are my alternatives?

I usually make my own using the a smaller piece of hose.

Just got a smaller heater hose and double clamped it. I will attack the bottom hose another day
