Yep, it is likely very possible to use the fan. Just figure out which two you need to connect to get it to turn on. It might be a dual speed fan, hence the 4 wires? It shouldn't be too hard to figure out.

Well continuing with the mess I mine as well ask another question. I searched the best I can on mobile device. How do you get a ur crank pulley out. The bolt is off and I have a puller but nothing to bolt it too. Any help is always appreciated.

You have to use a pulley puller or slowly pry it off. Do not pry against the front cover, you can crack it.

I have a pulley puller but there is nothing to screw the bolts into to pull it. Trying prying several different ways and this thing isn't budging

You'll probably have to use the 3 claws on a puller to get it off. Watch those pulley ridges, you don't want to damage them. You could also try putting the claws through some of those large weight-saving holes to get a grip on it without worrying about ruining the pulley ridges.
