I paid $145 shipped for my B14 one new, and $120ish shipped used for P10/P11. They are pretty light, but I remember rust on mine so it is steel base at very least.

I did all those group buys back in the day for these, and the only aluminum strut bars Cusco made were the other style Ben posted up. All of these group buy bars were the twin tube all steel design for the RNN14 chassis. They are designed to clear the top mount intercooler, and made of steel for extra strength as these cars were intended to be used for rallying. Sorry that yours has rust, but just sand it down and respray. Even if you didn't treat it, it would still outlast the average rusty B13 or B14. And the group buy price was $150 shipped IIRC.
