Correct!

It comes with 2 fans. Now whether they classify the second fan as a cooling fan or not is just classification. But when the motor hits temperature both fans kick on and same when you turn the ac on, both fans turn on.

I just picked up both fans at the wreck yard for $20!

Just to add some more useful info here. The fans from the auto trans cars have two speeds. Also if you look at the radiator it is setup so that you can move one of the fans to the center of the radiator, instead of them being on either side.

P11's and B15's both came with dual speed fans even on manuals. Guess they finally decided to standardize by 2000...

I usually head up early, 8:00-9:00 and it takes me about a 1/2 hour to get there. If you go and want to meet at a specific time shoot me a PM.

If not, I'll try to find a good one. It can be hit or miss there, but if I find a good one I'll grab it.

There may not be many people currently at the dealers that worked on these when they were new. Most, if not all came without AC. We had to add it at the dealer prior to delivery. The kit came with the second fan. My memory ain't what it used to be, but I remember making good money on the AC installs.
