I don't think I've seen anything about the ZII coming in 225/45-15. Even if it did, what's the benefit over the Rival. Do I seem excited by the new BFG tire?

In comparing the 225 RS3's to 205 Dunlops,I liked the 205's better.Transitions were stupid precise, whereas the RS3's felt not really vague, but heavy.I have had both on a 15x8 wheel on a 96 B14.I'm all for wider is better, but personally I had more fun on the narrower tires.I taught at an autocross school last year, and ran over the flat spots of all 6 slalom cones with each of the 6 students.Sure made me look like I knew what I was doing.Still, can't wait to see how it all shakes out.

RS3's need heat to work at all. They don't have as much feedback compared to Dunlops, but have more grip. Rival is interesting, but curious how it handles heat.

Oh come on, where's your sense of adventure! There's nothing better than flying under the bridge at Nelson's wondering if your tire is going to delaminate through that next right-hander. ....

Hey, to be fair, those dirty bald tires were only in my possession for about three weeks! My sense of adventure is seemingly, out there, ass end in the air on a tire pile.

Taken out of context, that's signature worthy.

Direzza benefit is wet traction.

maybe this is a stupid question, but how do you guys think Azenis RT615K compare to these new BFGs?
I need a set of relatively cheap track tires(205/50-15) for the convention, and they will be used for autocrosses as well. Probably never see any street use...except maybe driving to an autocross locally.
Any input?
