Kind of a beeyotch the first time but not too bad. If you're a really big dude you might want to remove the driver seat. But you can figure out how to remove it pretty easy and at that point you know how to install it. Make sure to hook the pedal side on first.

I am a big dude and yes, I will be taking the drivers seat out to make things easier.

I got the old cable out, took less than 5 min. Hope the install goes just as smooth.

Question about the clutch arm. Should I be able to move that by hand? Cause I can't. It moves a little, but not much. I hope nothing in the trans broke or came loose. I was able to drive it in second gear and I didn't hear any noises, so hopefully it's just the cable. lol I don't know shit about cars.

What do you guys think? Am I worrying about nothing? I'm starting to think the arm got stuck and that's why the cable broke.

with the clutch cable installed you should be able to move the clutch arm by hand. You should have about 2-3mm of play so the tob is not touching the pressure plate all the time.

Ok but what about no cable installed? I just read that the arm is supposed to be very hard to push. Hopefully this is what I am seeing right now.

with no cable installed the clutch arm should move freely. if it does not then the input shaft needs to be lubed or you have a tob issue. also its possible for the tob to go over the edge of the shaft jamming it in place.

So with no cable installed I should be able to move it by hand? If that's the case, i'm screwed.
