ATTN: b14 owners. P11 leather seats rear?
I need to know if any b14 owners who did the rear P11 rears. Did you have to use the black bracket behind the rear seats that surrounds the whole trunk cut out? Are did you have to use the welded mounting tabs on the body for the end pieces?

Any help would help.

Used the black metal piece or just put the seats in?

We put them in my brothers car. Honestly, the rear never really has any cheeks rest on it lol. We didn't use the brackets and did away with them. Pretty much laid down the bottom and clipped it in then pressed the back rest portions together like an old closet/cabinet door.

Well I'm wondering about this because my son's booster seat is in the rear of my se-l. And I can't afford it being half ass'd.

Did it all fit well? I'm going to go get that piece and bolt it in if that's what it will take to look factory. Did the b14 latches work?

Catch for left hand passenger clicks in, right passenger needs to be unbolted and moved side ways about an inch (drill new pilot hole for the bolt, I put a nut on the back to be more solid) your booster seat will be held in with seat belt so will be ok.

I used the weld tabs on the corners too, bolt in the corners with the threaded end of bolt pointing towards side of car like the stock b14, you will need to drill out the holes on the p11 seat corners to allow the 14 or 12 mm bolt to slde thru to meet the threads on the welded tabs on the b14, flatten the welded tabs with a hammer a few mm to make room for the slightly wider p11 rear seats, I used slightly longer bolts I had in my toolbox. It's self explanatory when you size up the seats to the welded tabs.

Great. Thanx for the info! Did you wire up the front for power? And was the passenger side unpowered? I pulled as much of the harness for power as I could.

Here is an update. I was able to get the rear 60\40 split in with some modification. Apparently the P11 seats are about 1/2" WIDER than the Sentra seats. I was able to hammer it in a bit to make sure that they were able to be folding down. Also moved the locking latches over 1/2" to the inside to get them to lock properly.

Along with that I was also able to epoxy the mounting brackets for the solder rest. FUN FUN FUN! Here are a few pics of the finished rear back with out the rear bench seats.
