Thread: 1.6 to 2.0 in a b13

im having a problem with starting upthe sr20de. i have a 1992 b13 had a 1.6 in it and now has a sr20de in it with a 1992 harness. everything is connected but i get no power to the starter.
has anyone done with swap and can help me figure out the problem. ive searched the swap conversion thread but didnt really help

I haven't done one in a while but a few wires on the 1.6 dash harness need to be screwed with or use the 2.0 body harness too. Pretty sure I made a 4 or 5 wire jumper harness with bits and pieces of a junkyard harness.

edit, if you have even a regular haynes manual wiring diagram you should be able to find the wires that need to be connected.

we got a crazy amount of snow out here in ny and my car is a daily driver so i cant go to junkyard and there arent any se-r in junkyard by me, i need to get it running by monday for work my only choice is to find out what wires need to be messed with...ive been searching but no luck,

Was the car originally auto 1.6?!?!?

Its a 1.6 manual xe 1992 the sr20 is in and running but gets direct power to starter for it to turn on for now till the problem gets fixed
