Thank you sir. I'm going to stop by a local speed shop and hope they have something in stock. Going to see a reputable aluminum welder tomorrow. Trying to get the manifold/new intake setup done so we can see how she does this year!
My only worry is i'm not sure how it will weld. I need to weld this to the plenum and then TB flange on the other side. Thought about maybe bracing it.

I've welded that intake tubing before and it sucks. Why don't you go to a metal shop and get a scrap piece of what you need? You welder can then miter cut and weld the 45 you need as well as weld it to your mani. I don't ever buy pre-bent tubing, just 6061 1/8" wall straight pieces, and miter until I get the bends I want.
That is a possibility but I honestly would like the smoothest transition possible especially on this N/A application. If it was a turbo car I would just weld the TB straight and use a coupler.

Just do this. Besides, if it's N/A just use couplers to connect the pieces. Welding together is useful more for turbo anyway.

What do you guys think of using one of the above 45* elbows and then adding a little brace underneath from the plenum to the TB flange. The elbow will be no more than 4 or 5 inches long. Going to see if a local shop that does custom fab work has something in stock that they can do for me.
