clutch cable problem solved
To all sr20 colleagues, I like to share an information that i came up with while i was trying to fix my clutch adjustment issues, I'm not going to tell the whole story,so i'll just get to the point... You will need to use both clutch cables one for parts (1.6) the other as your primary (2.0), i used the 2.0 cable as my primary cable,i disconnected the hook from the 2.0 and used the hook from the 1.6 clutch cable and connect it to the 2.0 cable, then i adjust the wheel just a bit lest than halfway, once done you will notice the clutch pedal engaging at the middle from floor toward up. so no need to cut, drill or anything. VERY SIMPLE. BY THE WAY I JUST DID THIS TO MY CAR AND I'M USING A ACT NON SPRING DISC AND REUSED THE SAME ACT PP AND ALL IS AWESOMELY EXCELLENT ! P.S. I PROMISE YOU THIS WILL WORK FOR YOU. HAPPY DRIVING. Your friend Srbluebird

To help save you some money in the future, for the cost of those 2 cables combined you can get a clutch cable mount fabricated from Andreas Miko that Extends the mounting point by up to an Inch, giving you more room to adjust. It also has an additional mounting leg from the bracket to increase stability and reduce flex of the bracket. You might want to just invest in that instead of buying 2 cables for the same price as the bracket.

Great Idea! There are so many GA16's in the junk yard I can't imagine they would charge more than a buck or two for the hook end.

I already have an Andreas Miko bracket and one of the advantages is that it eliminates the flex in the stock bracket, but I always like a quick easy junkyard part fix.
