.... possibly the most ghetto intake ever. It is the stock intake piping covered in tons of duct tape because it broke, I guess. I just thought I'd share.

For me, its zip ties all over the place.

I've got a zip-tie holding my Tahoe's grill in place over the passenger headlight. Some dipshit backed into it with a bumper hitch. In my defense, my Tahoe grill is black and I did use a black ziptie, so it's color-matched. Also, that ziptie has been holding that grill together now for about five years. At this point, I don't even care anymore. My Tahoe ain't no polished, purty city-slicker SUV. It is a farm truck that gets beat to death daily.

Pre-forum days my Classics sunroof started leaking from the metal surround around the glass portion. I had no clue about salvage yards, and a new sunroof was waaaaay out of my budget. However, clear high-temp silicone was well within my budget so I sealed the whole thing up. As a fix, it lasted until I had the sunroof completely removed when I did my restoration.

Yep, if I could go back 20 years Id invest in zip tie companies, that and Microsoft

Seriously though, probably 100 billion zipties have been sold in the past 2 decades. They usually come like 50-100 a pack. I have then holding a bunch of stuff together too.

And that's why it's called duct tape. Hahaha
