BEEF is what's for dinner.

I guess I should have elaborated some... Most of that info I had a good understanding of - but for some reason I thought this was in the turbo section. You are right Reese hehe

Okay, I think for the turbo guys, especially the small turbo guys... 1st and 2nd are always going to be kind of useless w/o a slick, so let's not include them. That said, if anyone read my above post... apply it to turbocharged vehicles... can you analyze what I spoke on? Is changing the final drive the answer?

Tokes, you'd have to change the gear and the pinion unless you like your trans to wine all the time.

i was planning on changing mine but decided not too, I think i might have the parts laying around too.

just to clearify to everyone, the reason why the P11 1st and 2nd is longer than the B15 is the final drive and not the gears itself.

Nope.

These charts use the stock B13 tire size. You can also use the following useful link to play with different ratios, tire size, etc.

Rodrigo, putting all this aside do not let the shorter gearing deter you from getting the B15 trans. Like I said earlier, go with a larger diameter tire and it is not bad at all.

Ohh.....my bad. I thought you were comparing the first gear in the B13 to the first gear in the B15.

thanks for that info , I might just go with the B15 because i run 17 inch rims with 215 40 17 size tires.
