so if it turns out that my head or block is warped i really dont have the money to have it machined so i was wondering will any sr20 fit into and nx2000 regardless of year of the engine with the exception of the rwd of course, i keep finding these 99+ sentra ser and infinty g20 but not sure if the engines are too new to drop in, this is of course if my engine is deemed un useable

They drop in, but things like wiring, heater hoses, exhaust route may need to be changed

You can put in any fwd SR20, exhaust won't be any issue. If it's a lowport then you'll find the intake tubes are different (but can still work), the throttle bracket to hold the cable is different (can be drilled to work) and the distributor assembly is different (you can swap yours over to keep it the same for wiring). There may also be issues with power steering hoses once you mount the engine. As soon as you see the two side-by-side the differences are obvious, but nothing you can't fix with just a little work.
