Thread: 1st & 2nd gear synchro

Are the 1st & 2nd gear synchronizer sleeve the same from a non lsd tranny opposed to a lsd tranny?The dog teeth on the synchronizer are worn so i wanted to make sure if i can take one from a non lsd and put it into the lsd one.

Anybody I would guess they are the same,just wanna make sure.

So you mean you have a 91-97 SR20DE powered car with limited slip, but found a 98-99 Sentra SE/SE-L without limited slip but want to know if those particulat parts are compatible? If so then I am fairly sure they are. But someone else here may know 100% for sure
