pretty sure its all related to trying to reinstall my cd player in the car. The wire that is suppose to be 12v constant no longer has power going to it.... which I probably related to the electronics b fuse in the fuse box.

Are you talking about the fuse box in the driver side of the dash? if so that is fed by the fuse box in the engine bay.

Again tested good as in you visually looked at them or what?

Those square fuses in the engine bay fuse box are very hard to tell sometimes if they are blown. Switch out the square electronics fuse in the engine bay fuse box for another and see if that solves the issue. Its definitely a fuse issue more than likely.

when touching the a testing light to the battery both postive and negitive terminals and bridging it acoss the termianls on the fuseable link and or relay. Test light glowed like it was suppose to.

Wait, how are you doing this? The clamp of the light only clamps to the negative, not the positive. Then turn the key on and touch the probe tip to the fuse's access openings. The clamp stays attached to the battery ground at all times. Probe should glow every time.

the previous method mentioned was only used to test the fuseable links and the relays to see if they were making a full circut.

I test and repair electrical all the time, certified in it for years, and thats not a method I've ever used or ever would use. It isn't telling you much. Use the method I just described to test the fuses.

I dont use test lights period. They are stupid and not proper equipment for electrical diagnosis.

A multimeter is the best way in my eyes to do it. Again you can get them for cheap. Download the fsm for the 94 sentra, its basicly the same and the circuit for that stuff is the same.

From what I recall, I fixed the problem by changing one of the interior fuses on the left side of the steering wheel inside the car

so get this, aparently the dome light in these cars acts as a fuse and completes a circuit in the car????

My dome light still wont come on but replaced the bulb because the old one was fried... and Now when I flip the dome light switch I can turn on and off the air bag and door ajar lights. thinking I have a short in the dome light assembly????

All those items are on the accesories power wire that I mentioned before. You need to start tracing wiring if your having issues like that. Look at the fsm and start finding and tracing the wires for everything on that circuit. Starting one accessory at a time.
