You have to line it up. Thats probably why its running so crappy. Its slipping on the cam instead of locked in. Again take it out, line up the keyway and push it in. If it doesnt go in then you have to try it 180 deg rotated. Again it will lock into place when fully in.

Get that straight and you will probably be good to go.

Update: I went to the Junkyard with my friend and i got a Dizzy from another white se-r. I put it in. Voila. She purrs so smooth now. On my old dizzy, the keyway that he changed was all loose and bouncing around when i wiggled it. Maybe that's why it was running like crap.
