Car wont start
Left class, car started fine. Got to the gas station to fill up, and 5 mins after the car started with no issues, it would not start.

B14 VVL swap.

The ground and power wires are connected on the starter.

No clicking noises when I turn the key.

Bypassed the clutch switch with a paperclip. Still nothing.

Power is good. I have power to the cluster, the lights work and I can hear the fuel pump priming.

Ideas?

What good would that do with no clicking noises coming from the relay though? I'll give it a shot for sure. But not sure if that would help it out any.

Check the earth wire from the battery to the chassis & motor. I had this exact problem and was intermittent (sp?) There was corrosion on the chassis side so i sanded both contacts and i never had the problem again

Battery connections are good. Its in the trunk and I can see where its bolted down. I'll go ahead and sand it down though. Cant have too much clean metal contact. I'll check the engine grounds and make sure those are good. I'll have to wait to see who comes home first to help me with the car and push starting it.

I'm going to have to ride the bike to work. Darn. An excuse to ride. I hate it when that happens.

You try bypassing the ignition switch?

What about rolling it and popping the clutch ? If you do that and it starts right up its the starter, if it doesn't it's prob the alternator seized up

Have not had a chance to work on it. Been at work til now and I gotta head back there in the morning.

Tapping the starter with a hammer yielded no results. As well as jumping it. Just to add those in there.

Can think of two times when the starter went in my SR20's, both times I was able to roll it down the driveways and pop the clutch, started right up and drove it around fine. Then one time another one randomly stalled at an intersection, I push started it the same way by popping the clutch but it didn't work, and it turned out to be the alternator
