If you don't beat the shit out of the car, or ride the clutch constantly, that clutch should last you a good while longer. Probably get another few years out of it at least if you're putting it on a daily.
- If you are not looking to make over 275whp, I would get a OEM B15 disc. I can't see any other reason to get another disc other than to share experiment to help others. I've had two ACT/Exedy disc spring pop/fall apart on me.

One other question that is partially related. I had an extreme pp with that clutch on my car and it got to a point where I couldn't get it into gear. So I cut some of the threads off so I could adjust it further and it worked good for about a mile then got harder and harder to get it into gear. Once I got it home I pulled the cable out and set it side by side to a new one and noticed no difference. Could the cable still have stretched or could my release fork have twisted?

Sounds like a stretched cable....and act clutches don't just pop springs....I stripped the splines out of the center of the act that was on my car....PP is still on there but won't ever run an act disk again

I thought act was a good brand. Guess I was mistaken. Lol. How much power were you running?

as did I, they said it was because using their SR20 disc on my SR20 car was not using the application properly
