ditch both of them and go VVL

Run the junk yard motor. Inspect the bearings. Regardless of mileage its all how that motor was maintained.

my buddie is running around with a de and 5 speed from a junkyard 200sx.....paid less than $400 for EVERYTHING to swap from ga to sr.....200sx de and trans had like 130+ when me and lynchfourtwenty pulled it......still running like a savage....better than his altima with less miles....HAHA

like was mentioned above....pull the valve cover and look inside.....it'll tell you ALOT =)
