need help on qg18de wires

any know the function of the wires on the coil pack? no.4 coil park not fireing. the green and white is 12v black is ground and the grey and blue wire im not getting no ground on it. any help?

grey and blue is the ecu signal but no pulse in that wire. it seems like a damage ecu. any word from anyone?
