i have driven around to every auto parts store in my area and the Nissan dealership and that part is not any where, no one sells this pressure relief valve. i went to a local a/c shop to see if maybe they had one to sell and the guy there had one, not the same exact one but it fits and seals the pressure in. I'll work on putting everything back together tonight as i already flushed out the lines, evap and condenser.

i really hope that this fixs the leak.

my expansion valve was still on tight to the pipe but after i compared the old one to the new i noticed the bulb was mis-routed (not sure if it makes a difference) so i am going to rebend the piping on the bulb and route it how Nissan had it.

a/c is working but not to good, i can get it while driving 30mph+. i can see both fans spinning but i don't think they are spinning fast enough i have heard other cars fans way louder than mine. i did flush the entire system and blow dry with air, replaced all o-rings,drier and exp. i don't have tinted windows and the passenger window leaks air but the duct blows cold. the system has around 21 oz of r-134a with high pressures of 325 and lows of 55-60 but when i spray water on condenser the pressure drops to normal range maybe i need more air. when i vacuumed i did for 5 hours and it held at -28 for about 45 min without dropping.

anyone who has r-12 to r-134a convert and a/c works what is your a/c like?

It looks properly set up.. Yea if your fans are Not pushing enough air it will cause your pressures to rise, and also too much freon. Power wash your condenser hopefully it's not plugged up with bugs n all..
