Hmmm...just wondering. With all of that extra room, as you say, did anyone think of puttin a VQ30 in there???

This is just for fun, hardly any money spent. He already has turbo, mani, ic piping, cams for the sr20. At most this little project might cost him $500, and most of that was the axles. A VQ would be fun in there though....

i hope to drive it this weekend . all thats left to do is asembly i got all the heavy thinkin done

Things actually went together without a hitch last night, I was surprised! I just got back from picking up the DET block for you, I'll bring it when you decide to finish her up this weekend. Hope you didn't get into too much trouble with the wifey

Well, personally i do not think that they are ugly, but alot of people do. This car can flat out handle an NX stock for stock, i do know that and that WAS hard to be back in the day.

The brakes were better and the suspension was better balanced. The v6 is way underpowered and poorly built unfortunately.

^^ tru... I agree with the motor. But all the more reason to drop a newer mazda speed motor in there and call it a day.
