What bracket is this?

My power steering pulley was making grinding noises, then I pulled over and looked down and this bracket was rubbing the pulley. Where does it belong?

I think it holds one of the ps lines to a bracket on the firewall or steering rack.

It looks like the PS bracket on the passenger side strut tower close to the firewall. It clamps around a rubber piece on the hose.

Then that must have come off the new motor because there is a clamp on there now, by the ABS solenoids..

Maybe. Or it could be from another bracket that holds the P/S line...
