Thread: SR20DE Head Question ... Part 2 !!

Ok guys so here is my last thread where i was trying to identify the head and question the mysterious "L CAP" that is engraved on the side of it .

Ok now this is my new question , I have found that the Head actually has more Engraving on the top right near the other "L Cap" Engraving. The new engraving looks like "6E8","-K","37", and "H" . I have included pictures also for reference.Do these markings mean Anything to anyone , or is it just random markings from whoever had it before ??? Also the valves say "64Y and E71" does anyone know if these are stock valves or aftermarket ??? Any help or info is greatly appreciated , Thanks Oh and Btw the head is a "94 Y L1"

It most likely means line bored caps. Nothing special there.


Completely off topic, DE heads are worthless, get a VE head and start moving forward fast.

Gotcha thanks, yea I'm probably not gonna use this , I'm just curious it's odd I've never seen that on a head before ,I have someone that might buy this off me idk yet though.
