From my experience with assembling many many sr20's the final torque numbers on stock headbolts are probably between 80-90 ft-lbs. But they are not meant to be set to a torque besides the torque prior to the 90*+90* procedure. Thats what they determined to get the proper stretch on the bolt.
If your not having any problems with it I would just roll with it if the motor is already completely back together. If it isnt then I would take the time to remove the bolts, check the length and then reassemble.
As for a compression test, Unless the leak is huge it usually wont show up on a compression test. You will know by the motor putting combustion gases into the cooling system resulting in overheating and air in the system. Severely messed up gaskets will get coolant into the cylinders and/or into the oil.
