From what I *understand* the B15 is preferred for NA, the P11 for turbo applications.

The B14 had a *hotly debated* half-assed *fix* from Nissan that *probably* makes it better than a B13. BenFenner and I have gone round-and-round about it. I call it a wuss band-aid because Nissan knew the B13 tranny sucked and should have been re-called. Ben (who is faaar more mechanically minded than me) thinks it is a pretty good fix. However, there have definitely been some B14 transmissions (and late model B13 trannys, after the supposed "fix") that develop 5th-gear pop-out. I will concede that a B14 tranny is still probably lower mileage, and a better bet than a B13 transmission. I would not waste my time with either a B13 or B14 tranny ever again. YMMV.

You do need a lot of parts and will loose the hubs you currently have, but much more efficent trans.
