Well like i said before it has 5 qts in already all because advanced auto parts fault saying it was six. At cool temp is just a bit above H mark and when the engine is warmed up it marks about 2-3 inches below the H... Should i drain a bit out?

the ONLY time the dip stick reads correctly is when the transmission is up to temp.
drive it carefully around the block a few times then check it.....just the engine being up to temp doesn't help much....gotta drive it and get the transmission to operating temp.

once it's up to temp the dipstick will read correctly

yeah i have done that several times...its shifting much smoother now. I had never done transm. fluid and filter replacement since i drove it down from N.J. It just feels like its something else.
Can the exhaust pipe having holes or escapes mess with performance?

There are several reasons your car could be feeling held back. Did it feel held back before you did the transmission stuff?

I have had plenty of manual cars: 2 sentras, 95 civic ex, 95 jetta and others. Automatic doesn't mean anything i could be working on someone else's car? for examp: my wife's car.

Yeah, not something real huge but im waiting to finish all that i have left to do with the car to test it and see if i feel it again. I just replaced the 3rd and last mount on it, next i have to go get one of those flexible exhaust connector to replace the catalytic cuz it just split open completely. Sounds horrible lol
