Just saw this. A 17mm 12 pt will hammer right over and pull it straight out. Had to do this about 3 times works every time

The triple spare socket thing, like for an axle on a vw works so perfect. Head is off and is now for sale. now that i have a clean block my engine should be done this month

Lol I wouldn't call anything about that motor clean

from my experience, what usually causes one to strip badly is not getting all of the sludge out of the hole before trying to remove the bolt...might help someone down the road.

^^^^that, if you put the 10mm hex on there and give it a few taps with a hammer ull notice the sludge uzzing out the hole, its best to use brake clean on the head bolts bfore taking them out for sludge reasons. also got any pics of the triple box
