TPS reading backwards

Yesterday I got to use a OBDII scanner to help diagnose my cars issues. I have a code for Throttle Possition Circut, and my car is reading 100% throttle at closed throttle and 0% at WOT. The car basicly runs the same when its warm with out without my TPS hooked up.

I have replaced the TPS with a brand new one and have used multiple different TPS's and ECU's.

What else could case this?

wires pinned incorrectly... simple fix, swap the two end wires (not the middle one)
