did you try the gas cap trick to relieve return pressure? The blockage might be further down the line and not in any of the engine bay components. Just because the return line off the rail is good doesn't mean the whole thing is good.

yeah definetly try the fuel cap, and maybe your guage is off, ever think of it that way, how does it run with a stock fpr on there.

check your return line, its the only other thing that can be it, try blowing air through it, thats the only thing i can think of that would cause it.

did that and i heard making bubbles in the tank so its not the fuel line. Im so lost

that was gonna be my next suggestion haha, but i didnt think you could have possibly done that, haha, thats the only other thing i could think of but usually the car wont even run at all so thats what threw me off.
