Help ?
I just replaced the passenger side and bottom motor mounts this past Saturday, and im still getting a kick out of the motor(not like before) whenever it switches gear. Now I noticed the passenger side mount still wiggles a bit, not sure why (I did not loose anything, all was put back in order). I also just discovered I have 3 and not 2 mounts on my 91xe, im planning on replacing the 3rd one within this week or the next. Can that be the issue?

'91 Sentra XE

if ya' want any pics or vids for help just let me know.

Ill appreciate if anyone can help.

This is more of the how to do something section. You should have 3 mounts, front, back, and passenger side. Yuo then have a trans mount driver's side.

By the way is your car an auto? Reason I ask is because you said when "IT" switches gear.

Moved to the right section. Didn't realize it was in the How To's earlier.

Yeah its auto so im guessing its 3 mounts only, I heard 4 for manual trans. I have non in the front for sure.

That driver's side mount could be your culprit for sure. If one is in bad shape, usually all the mounts are in similar condition. I've also seen the bolts on that mount fall out one by one. They seem to like to do that.

It's been really annoying, every time the motor kicks it moves the pipe down under making it hit against something and it sounds like the whole thing is falling apart lol.
