Thread: Help Identifying Flywheel and maf's !

Hey guys , long story short i bought a bunch of parts off of a part-out and am trying to identify what exactly i have .Ok first is the flywheel , i will include the regular sr20de flywheel in the first pic (for reference) and the second pic the unknown flywheel . As far as the maf housings go i just have no idea really , I will do the same and give you a regular sr20de maf (for reference) on the top in the picture and the unknown maf housing on the bottom. Please guys any help is appreciated and thanks in advance

Measure the flywheel bolt holes, if they're bigger than the DE, its probably a GTIR flywheel.

The top one is a b14/u13 type maf and the bottom is a b13/ gtir housing.

That's not the face, that's the back.

The flywheels is from a SR20DET GTIR, it is a 240mm flywheel.

The MAF is from a DE 91-94 ( 53J00 ) or GTIR 91-94 ( 54C00 )

^ Now here comes a stupid question , why do i have a gtir flywheel and possibly maf in a pile of B14 SR20de parts ??? does the flywheel bolt up ? or were these maybe for another project ?

alot of gtir parts only work on gtir's.....flywheel included

sounds like someone did a b14 gtir swap.

Gtir flywheels are 13mm, sr20de are 12mm.
