Suspension Seat
Has anyone ever tried to install a set of suspension seats in there B13?

What is a suspension seat?

Well the one I'm refering to is used for 4x4 rock crawlers. They look a lot like a normal racing seat, but under the cover and the padding is a nylon mesh that suspenends your ass from the seat.

They are ultra comfortable and I had these on my old S30. Had to fab brackets for them, but it was like I was driving a big sedan with the keep my ass in the seat fitting of a race seat.

Reason I'm asking is because the width of the seat was the hardest thing to get by on the S30. The seat litterally was against the door.

Suspension seats are typically for off road use...they have springs in the cushion to take away the rough ride of 4x4's...never heard of anyone using in a street car.

They are great in a street car. They just are hard to fit in them. The seats are very wide. Also not all of them have springs. Most use a nylon mesh or cords unless it's for an RV or construction vehicle.
