hi what should a good 02 sensor be reading voltage wise please help cheers

The O2 sensor never has a set reading. It changes according to the emissions going past it.

O2 sensor should be jumping around between 0.1v and 1.0v. That means it's jumping between rich and lean since it can only read 14.7 afr.

cheers cos on my diognostics its saying voltage 1.4 max does this mean i nead a new 02 sensor

Serena what are you reading from? A diagnosis tool under the hood or a consult cable? What program are you reading from if a cable? I'm having potential o2 issues.
