Well I feel like a major dumbass! Although I haven't yet replaced the items in question as I had to order them due to parts stores not carrying them in stock, I believe my newest idle issue is my spark plugs!!! FML! Always the most simple things overlooked right? I checked my plugs to see they all have that nice rusty/brown discoloration at the base of the ceramic. 1 of them had some major buildup on it as well. I pulled the ol 2 stroke trick and sanded the crap off and reinstalled it...this helped ever so slightly. My motor now idles again when she's warm. The AFR's are still junk and now the idle surges but we'll see what happens when the new plugs arrive. I run a step colder plug.

NOW, after talking with the guy that will be eventually tuning my car, it has also been determined that my overall NO IDLE and other idles issues are stemming from the fact I don't run an o2. After all the years of this battle, nobody has ever suggested anything having to do with the o2! If my tuner is correct, my car should be idling on Saturday!!!!!!! Well, assuming my iacv isn't junk for whatever reason. I don't know but in my theoretical mind, the o2 shouldn't affect the idle RPM settings in realtime in tunerPro.
