New driver side axle and now...
my 94 sentra se-r....it is making a weird "wom wom" noise while accelerating and slowing down. It is also makes the noise worse and you feel a slight wobble when u turn the wheel left. It wasnt doing this before...I went ahead and checked everything and it all seems to be ok. the ball joint needs to be replaced but everything else looked ok. If anyone has a suggestion Id greatly appreciated it.

wheel bearing possibly. you sure you tightened everything down correctly including the lug nuts?

x2 on making sure it is all the way in. It needs to pop in past TWO detents, not just one.

Im pretty sure its in all the way, I was hitting it pretty damn hard with a 4lb hammer. But i guess like I said a minute ago....wouldnt hurt to check again lol. But if it is in all the way and everything is tightened down. Then what? other than the wheel bearing? Just trying to come up with a checklist so I can narrow it down

The axle and wheel bearing are the real two strong front runners. Unless your tires suddenly cupped themselves...
You didn't move the car around under it's own weight with the axle removed from the wheel bearing did you? That will ruin a wheel bearing in a matter of feet. The axle need to be inside the bearing, and the nut tightened at least somewhat if you're going to move the car with the suspension loaded with the weight of the car.

No I didn't move it. It was on jack stands. But I did need to get a new axle nut. And I did put the car down its own weight with no axle nut installed. But I just put the car down. Did not move it.

thats fine sure you got that axle nut on there tight? next step is to jack the car up and grab the tire on the sides and see if there is play in it to test for bad wheel bearing.
